Enjoy 3 days in the West of Ireland at the E.O.M residence and studios with Claudia Trimbur-Pagel learning her latest techniques in glass beadmaking, including working with precious metal clay.

Arrive on Friday afternoon or evening August 20th and after a welcome meal, prepare for 2 days of active studio work.  Claudia will introduce her class and you will get your stations ready, dip mandrels and select glass colors.

Day one will be the  PMC ring and include the matching bead for the ring.   In the afternoon Claudia’s will demonstrate her lentil bead with fine stringer work.

Day two will be Claudia’s  new Butterfly bead and some lentil shape beads with the hole through the centre.

Class starts at 10am, we break for lunch around 1pm and work until 4 - 5 when it  is time to take a break.
Evening drinks will be served in the upstairs lounge with a relaxing sea-views.
For guests who like to take a break from sitting at the torch, we offer beach walks and/or bike rides (on the new bike path along the coast).
After dinner on Saturday evening, the studio will be open until midnight for those who would like to work late.

Sunday we continue with the class and for those who would prefer to leave on Monday morning, you can stay over Sunday night at no extra charge.

This class is sponsored by Ruzica Ruane of Cadenza Glass Beads in Dublin.
